Good for you and tastes great. Take one up to 3 times a day to improve calcium intake. this product tastes more like a snack than something good for you. I highly recommend this to all women involved the life improvement. Can be easily found at any store, even available at most retailers in the generic brand, the store's own brand. Which has just as many of the vitamins as the actual brand at about half of the cost. The taste is not as good in the store brand, but it is still chocolately. Comes in a few varities, Choco, and Caramel which are both delicious. I believe it is better than taking a pill as I find it hard to swallow large vitamins, however with this product, I have a hard time not just eating them. Great for everyone and young adults will take with great pleasure.
