Viactiv Calcium Chews — 

Did you know that women start to lose about .3 of 1% of bone density a year starting at the age of 30?  Did you know that the recommended daily calcium intake for adults is about 1000mg?

One Viactiv calcium soft chew has 500 mg of calcium.  It tastes like candy and is easy to eat.  It comes in flavors like milk chocolate, caramel, french vanilla, and raspberry.

Although, they market this for women, anyone can take these.

I like these too. I find them to be a nice "treat" since it is just like eating a caramel candy. What a great way to get your vitamins:)
