    very good flavor, low in calories, easy way to add calcium to your diet, Tastes like candy., Chewable, Easy to eat.

Cons
    hard to open packaging, pricey

I take calcium every day. I get tired of choking down those horse sized pills and find these an easy to swallow alternative, even a treat.
