I purchased this item from Kohls in Colonie NY ABOUT 2 years ago. I spent alot of money for this item.I moved and lost my receipt so I can no longer bring it back to the store. After 2 years all this item does is heat up and go into auto turn off while trying to iron and leaves the red light blinking. I was really satisfied with this item until now. The 15 year warranty is deceiving. I am buying a different product.I expected it to last longer than 2 years with minimal ironing.
