What can I say except I love Verizon!! I have nothing but exceptional service with them for the last 4 years. If I ever need anything or have a problem (which is far and few between) customer service is right there making sure I am satified. I love being able to get on the website and checking out new things. They are on top of everything. When I am due for my new phone they get ahold of me to let me know it's time. I have had charges to my phone that don't belong there and there is never a disagreement on it. They take the charge off. I don't have any problem with service no matter where I am...
review »I recently had to call Verizon about an out of control phone bill. I gave my cell to my son to use for his first month of college.(need I say more)I explained why I was over on minutes.The Verizon representative was so kind and understanding. She looked everything over and came up with a solution for me which saved me $180.00.I was so pleased and so glad I called. They helped me out even though they did not have to.Excellent Customer service!
I have been a Verizon customer for over 12 years but now will leave when contract is up. They knowingly sold me a phone with bad softwear. Three times they gave me a replacement phone (other ppl have returned) and yet still doesnt work the functions I pay for. They also charged me a re-stocking fee each time I wanted Verizon to fix THEIR poorly working phone. No intergrity on my last phone purchase. buh-bye
