I recently had to call Verizon about an out of control phone bill. I gave my cell to my son to use for his first month of college.(need I say more)I explained why I was over on minutes.The Verizon representative was so kind and understanding. She looked everything over and came up with a solution for me which saved me $180.00.I was so pleased and so glad I called. They helped me out even though they did not have to.Excellent Customer service!
