Verizon Review

What can I say except I love Verizon!! I have nothing but exceptional service with them for the last 4 years. If I ever need anything or have a problem (which is far and few between) customer service is right there making sure I am satified. I love being able to get on the website and checking out new things. They are on top of everything. When I am due for my new phone they get ahold of me to let me know it's time. I have had charges to my phone that don't belong there and there is never a disagreement on it. They take the charge off. I don't have any problem with service no matter where I am at. I have been a customer of Nextel and Sprint and Verizon by far has kicked their butt. With Nextel I was always dropping calls, and then when Sprint combined with them all hell broke lose. I could never get anyone at customer service to answer a call after being put on hold for 45 minutes most of the time. It was awful.. I have better things to do with my life than waiting for someone to help with a phone issue. I am so glad that I do not have that problem with Verizon. I have had maybe 4 or 5 phones and each one has been great. I get great pics and videos on all phones. I am on a share plan that my son in law gets through work and my plan is unlimited calls, text, and videos for $45 a month.. I think that is a super great deal. I have had nothing but a great experience using Verizon for the last 4 years. Very few times do I lose connection and it seems like places where it was weak last year have improved greatly by now. Price is reasonable and the times I have had to use Customer service they have delivered. My father who is 73 years old uses the Verizon Card for his computer and he really likes it. He has his home phone, cell phones, and internet throught Verizon and he is very happy with it all. I have Roadrunner and have all kinds of trouble with it and thinking about dropping Time Warner all together and getting the verizon internet. Dad is on his computer alot and has never went over his limit for internet useage. They are always there for customer support also.  I think Verizon has come along way these last few years. and they do have some awesome phones. I have been very happy with them all. I hope my son in law stays with them for a long long time as I know when you are happy with something for so long you hate to have to go to another provider. But I know he has just as a wonderful experpience as I have had and will be a loyal customer for years to come. Thanks Verizon for being the best
