We have been with Verizon for well over 15 years! We have always been happy and if we ever have a problem they are always ready and willing to fix it and help us out! We have 9 phones with them and never a complaint about service or issues. We won't use anyone else! They have been great to us!

I currently have service through Verizon, however it is only because they are the only ones who provide service in my area. That being said, even their service is spotty and unreliable. I live less than 2 miles from a tower, and still get disconnected all the time! My data is slow, and customer service is not very helpful.

Verizon as with many other companies is a mixed bag. I have never had a reason to complain about my cell service. It is rare that I hit a dead spot. However, much cheaper cell providers are out there al alternative options. I have stuck with Verizon primarily for speed of service and reliability. I've only had to call customer service a few times in the 10+ years I have been a customer. Like many companies it depends which rep you get some are much more willing to help vs following a prompter 1:1
