Verizon Wireless Network —
Living in rural ND, good coverage is a necessity and Verizon works in most places. In my daily commute, I actually have better coverage when I am near a Alltel tower where I work than I do near the Verizon tower where I live. Customer service is not very helpful when I complain about it. The long contract is a bother because every time I make a change, it gets longer. On the plus side, they were very kind when I requested dropping a line after my husband died only 6 months into a 2 year contract.
