Reliability is worth the cost!

    Reasonable prices, You can adjust your needs as required., Nationwide coverage, good service, Most of my friends and family use it., great in emergencies

Cons
    no carry over minutes, Long term contracts, More expensive for data service, Read the fine print

I can't say that Verizon Wireless is "THE ULTIMATE" in phone service, but I can say that they are pretty darned great!  I have used my phone in New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Kansas...  The connection was always great!  The customer service people are knowledgeable and courteous.  I have never had a problem with them so far.  I've used them for 5 years or so, and will probably stick with them for a while.
