I can't say that Verizon Wireless is "THE ULTIMATE" in phone service, but I can say that they are pretty darned great!  I have used my phone in New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Kansas...  The connection was always great!  The customer service people are knowledgeable and courteous.  I have never had a problem with them so far.  I've used them for 5 years or so, and will probably stick with them for a while.
