my ex husband had their service. they told him he had nights and weekends and free long distance. turned out he only had 100 minutes a month and no unlimited nights and weekends.
when he called about it, they were extremely rude and he ended up with a bill for $2800. for only 2mos service and a contract they still wanted him to complete. it ended up in collections because he refused to pay it. this was in 2003.
my ex-sister in law had problems with verison also. my daughters fiance got her a phone on his verison plan and they were supposed to be able to unlimited text messaging between each other all the time. but they ended up paying $75 for text messages that went over a certain number that wasnt specified before. so it wasnt unlimited after all.
