cost-conscious, technically challenged, waiting for version2.0
Pros

    Most of my friends and family use it., great in emergencies, works anywhere, Reasonable prices, You can adjust your needs as required., Excellent Customer Service, Nationwide coverage, good service, can get a new phone every 2 years

They are always trying to keep their service working great and if it doesn't they will make it  work and make sure it is right.  They try to correct the problem and give you a rebate for the time you lost.  They always try to help you and if they can't they will go further to find someone who can,  I have been with them since 2000 and plan to continue to stay with them.  I have recommended them to many people
