I have been through so many cellphone companies, Cingular, AT&T, prepaid....for the cost, value and customer service, Verizon beats all!!! I even get service in my home (I used to leave my cellphone on a windowsill). I have always been assisted ever time I have gone to a Verizon kiosk or on the phone with friendly, speedy and fair service. Once, my phone fell in the toilet in a mall ( I freaked out). I took it to a Verizon store, they not only gave me a new one but transferred all my numbers for free (I have not done that stupid move again!!!). I was so happy and impressed. We have a family plan with all five phones utilized. I have to say....yeah, Verizon!!!
