Verizon Wireless Network —
Could not ask for a better provider. I had the option to drop my contract but stuck with Verizon because of their service and coverage. I recently got a new phone through Verizon via the internet. There were no problems with my order, it came in a timely manner as promised and met my expectations. I was not able to activate the phone myself so I had to call a Verizon rep to help me out. He was very patient, knowledgeable and had my phone activated with in fifteen minutes. My husband uses Sprint and doesn't get the same coverage that I get and he pays a lot more for his service. When he is on the road, he frequently has problems with his connection. He also has problems with his connection at the mass merchant and big box stores. I took this into consideration when I decided to stick with Verizon. You can shop for other cell phone providers but I doubt that you will find a better one than Verizon. Remember, if you opt to go with another provider and are not happy with thier service, you are stuck with them for at least two years or you will have to pay a hefty fee to opt out early. I strongy urge you to go with a sure thing.Last edited on Nov 30, 2007
