the reception in my town is terrible.
expecting good, fair service, appreciative of good service, not rich

Verizon Wireless Network —
the reception for cell phone service from verizon stinks in my rural area. they act as if they don't care about the small town people. we are the ones that rely on them for travel in remote areas. if there was a snow storm and we had a cell phone with us that actually got signal then we would have a better chance of being found. the other cell companies have figured out all their customers matter but not verizon. you have to renew your contract and then they let you know that things aren't the same as the others and major penaltys to get out of your contract. i wish that they would start to care and put some towers up in the rural areas or they will lose all their rural customers.Last edited on Nov 30, 2007
