I have had my phone 6 days, it never did hold a charge when I call customer assistance I was told that my phone had water damage. I live in the Phoenix area and there is no water in the area.

I was talked down to and was told that I needed to send my new phone back and they would activate my old phone untill an inspection was performed. Only then would I recieve a new phone.

I was on hold over a half an hour listening to the 30 day worry free garuntee, I just about exploded. This company gave me the run around and will continue to give people the run around. Their customer service sucks and to think I was satisfied to renew my contract for another two years.

Now I am unable to cancell the contract, although it is only six days old.

I work with and I also have a Verizon phone, if I ever have problems I get them resolved. When talking to a customer service representative ALWAYS get the manager they can go into the system and make changes and adjustments to the account that most dont know about. Six days of having the phone they need to take that back and definitely go into a store how is the person on the phone really going to know if the phone is really broken.

I have been very happy with Verizon much better customer service that ATT by far.

I do want to let everyone know that I did get my problem resolved. I finally got a hold of a customer service rep. that did care about us customers. There are a few out there. I got a new phone at a store close to my house. The rep. set it up for me at work so when I went to the store the manager was ready to help me.
Im glad to see that they did step up to help.
I fell better knowing that they dont think customers lie to them and can be helpful.

I agree... these 2 year contract options are just too much! I have Verizon too and have stood in line way too long at their constantly-packed locations waiting for service.
