Pros

    Most of my friends and family use it.

Cons
    Not as reliable as thought, having to recharge so often, no carry over minutes, Long term contracts

For the most part, I am happy with Verizon.  However, there are certain places that just will not get a signal.  I live in the mountains, and my previous service was horrible.  I checked with Verizon before signing up with them, and they said there was a strong signal and I should not have any problems.  Not true.  Also, when we travel, I have found that there are spots that I loose my signal all together.  I love the free incoming and to other Verizon phones.  I wish the new phones would be sooner than 2 years, because the phones get so out of date so quickly now.
