Verizon Wireless Network —
Verizons Customer Service is excellent!!! I had two instances in the this month where they really came through.
1. My beat up Pocket PC after 1 and 8 months quit working. They replaced it with a good as new referb for $50.
2. I caught my monthly minutes 2 days before the end of the billing period being 700 minutes over. They were able to work with me to credit my account 500 minutes and credit my next months bill $50 to cover the difference.
