With this outfit "customer service is an inherent contradiction!

    their coverage seems adequate

Cons
    Higher price than other carriers, not many options for international use, Long term contracts, More expensive for data service, Customer service is horrific, You never get the same answer twice, Expensive Contracts, expensive for all service, customer service is terrible

Verizon Wireless Network  — 

I spent about an hour on the phone yesterday trying to pay my Verizon family cell phone plan bill; I was disconnected, transferred and disconnected, transferred and left hanging, redirected to another number to call 5 times, etc., etc., etc. Oh, yeah, twice someone came on the line who had no connection to the company, to me, or to anything I am aware of ! NEVER AGAIN ! As soon as possible, we are leaving this outfit and finding someone [hopefully] that believes "customer service" is more than an advertising ploy !
