I have been using Verizon for about 5 years now. For the most part, Verizon has excellent reception and service and I rarely had to call customer service for anything. The more recent couple of years however have proven to be otherwise not so great. Perhaps about a ratio of 1 out of 3 calls are terrible customer service. 1 out of 2 store visits have proven to be a headache and because of the rep's attitude, I've been tempted to quit my service. Furthermore, the neighborhood I just moved to does not have service. If I drive just outside the small community, I have service. It's like the blackhole! LOL But only because of this, Verizon has graciously advised me if I wanted to cancel their service due to this issue, I could without fee however, I am reluctant because my service elsewhere is great. so i'm 50/50 really on my whole thoughts of Verizon. But i will tell you, the biggest factor that makes me want to cancel is the stupid interface Verizon puts on 90% of their phones. They limit the phones capabilities with it and it's honestly tacky looking and hampers any creativity of making the phones feel more customized.
