Pros

Nationwide coverage, good service, can get a new phone every 2 years, Most of my friends and family use it.

Cons

no carry over minutes, Long term contracts

I've been with Verizon for several years and never had any major issues. Customer service was very ammenable to resolving billing issues, and new phones are almost free when you renew with the new every two plan.
