I have been a Verizon customer since 2003.  I have no issues with calling their 1-800 Customer Service line.  No matter the question or problem with equipment/service, I have always received great response from the rep.  The only reason why I give Verizon a 3-star rating is because whenever I upgrade a phone, the in-store rep tells me I need to sign a new agreement.  On each occasion, something gets "dropped" from my original service plan.  The most recent case (in Feb 2008), they dropped my text plan in which I was charged for additional text messaging exceeding the monthly limit.  Somehow my 250 msg was changed to 100 msg.  Otherwise, I have no qualms with Verizon.  I've never had a dropped call or had issues with sound.  I have a Palm Treo and I love it!  But since I'm technically challenged I haven't figured out how it sync it with my computer.  I've only had one successful attempt so far--the initial one--after that, I still haven't completed a successful wireless sync.
