Verizon Wireless Network —
Verizon installed the cash/check kiosks in order to help pay your bill. The problem is these kiosks do not give change. Your bill may get credited, but you have just given Verizon a 30 day loan. Granted, from each individual the amount may not be very much, though potentially it could be $10, $20 or more dollars. Verizon has free use of that money. If the amount of none changed money for all the users of the kiosk is added up, the amount would be staggering. Verizon can get a short term investment with this money and continue to make even grater profits on the backs of their customers. Other industries have self serve stations that give back change, both in bills and coins. Why can't Verizon do the same????NOTE: the reviewer indicated that they are a client of Verizon Wireless Network
