Verizon Wireless Network  — 


I was a customer for Verizon Wireless for about 2 years and had a Verizon landline for an additional 10. I chose Verizon Wireless because I always thought Verizon was an excellent company.

I will never do business with either one again although this company's near monopoly makes my choices limited.

After Verizon failed to provide a phone, fix another one, and misrepresented the terms of its service and contract, I had to sue Verizon to get out of the contract I signed. Then it ignored the court. The arrogance of this company and its incompetence is unbelievable.

The best thing to do when you have a dispute with these large companies like Verizon is to contact your local consumer protection agencies. They can be located by contacting your states Attorney General's office. That is the only way to get their Attention. Usually the Attorney Generals office keeps records on these companies and when the complaints start piling up sometimes, they will take action against them. Alot more effective and cheaper than trying to sue these companies one on one in court.
