Great service, but...

somewhat tech savvy

Pros

You can adjust your needs as required., Nationwide coverage, good service, can get a new phone every 2 years, Most of my friends and family use it., great in emergencies

Cons

having to recharge so often, no carry over minutes, Long term contracts, Customer service is horrific, Read the fine print

I love this phone company, but... the people that are suppose to help you are never that friendly. They always look at you like "what do you want?" I have an LG chocolate. I swear I went through about 5 of the older ones before they would update me to the newer version which I absolutely love. The phone service itself is great though. I would recommend it to anyone. I'm still trying to get my fiance to switch! lol
