We do the family plan and a two-year contract. The internet deals for a new every two (years) are great. I have been with Verizon for something like 5 years now.
Where in the stores or online the cutomer service is great. I have had to get my husbands phone fixed only to find out that it was easier to replace the phone free of charge since the warrenty was not up.
There are lots of stores in my area so it makes it easy to get to a store if I need something right away. Like when I needed to get the phone fixed.
