I have moved my review to 'Verizon DSL' because I think it was under the wrong service. I'm glad you are having luck with this company, but I never did. My experience with their service was terrible and I will never use this company again.

If you look under my review you will see that I have posted a picture of the USB thing that we use for the Verizon Internet connection...no telephone lines needed. In your review it sounds like a completely different type of Internet connection than what I was referring to because you mention phone lines. If it was the same type there should be no mention of phone lines at all because the USB thing works in my car just as well as it does in my house. As I said before I'm sorry to hear that you had trouble with this company but for some reason I don't think we are reviewing the same product from this company. I hope that you have gotten better service elsewhere.

I don't quite understand your comment as it was never our phone line that was the problem. It was their employees being incapable of using and filling out the proper forms for changes in their customers service, resulting in this customer being without internet service for a month.

This is not the same Verizon Internet service that I am using. You mentioned above that they told you to check the phone lines... I have the little USB port thing that makes it so I can travel anywhere and have service. And I've never had any problems with it. I'm sorry to hear that you had such a terrible time with them.
