Verizon - Razor cell phone Cell Phone —
I have been with Verizon for over 8 years now. I have not had many issues with them. However, my phone has recently been acting up and I have not been receiving text messages. I called and they tried to fix the problem, but it didnt work. Rather than allowing me to upgrade early, they continue to put me through to technical support to try other things. This has become a real pain - and something should be done to improve this.
