I have had my razor cell phone for 9 months now and have had several problems. I took it in because it was breaking up and dropping calls. They did an update on it, which took about one hour. That was two weeks ago and it is now doing it again. I am stuck with this phone for over another year before I can upgrade.
Also, my son had a problem with his razor where it would not hold a charge. They replaced his phone and it seems to be doing okay now.
Big hassle!!
