Okay I got this phone thinking it would be a pretty cool thing. And it was for about a month. But I've found this to be one of the cheapest (and I don't mean inexpensive) pieces of technical junk I've ever owned.
For example, when you're driving you expect to be able to use your bluetooth device for hands-free mobile phone operation. Right? But you can't with this, when you plug in the car charger, the blue tooth is shut off!
Simultaneously, voice recognition features are activated. This even happens at home.
And don't get me started on the charging plug, it's so poorly designed that over time the connection loosens between plug and phone so that on a bumpy road you head it connect and disconnect repeatedly, making mobile charging all but futile unless you've got a free hand to hold the phone to prevent its jostling. Ooops, that violates the "hands free" law!
It wasn't much past the 6 month point before the silver plastic paint started to scrape off.
Then there's the text messaging problems, ranging from extraneous characters being typed requiring you to backspace to remove them.
When using other programs like games, or chatting through Yahoo messenger, the phone can inexplicably reboot itself.
Junk. Junk. Junk.
Doesn't help that it's on Verizon, they are never of any help when it comes to supporting their phones.
