I purchased the LG EnV last February from VerizonWireless.com.  I was very excited about this phone because I had been wanting a keypad to text and email.  My razr just wasn't cutting it anymore.  Well, the EnV did not disappoint.  It is very user friendly.  The keys aren't too close together and it makes it easy to use.  My biggest complaint when I purchased the phone was the choice of colors.  Silver, green and orange just weren't what I wanted after my beautiful pink razr.  I settled for the green, and it is okay.  Of course, just 2 months after I purchased my enV, they released the EnV2, so I was a little disappointed, but I feel that my phone is still current.  Overall, very pleased with my purchase.
