Good product, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Verizon FiOs has been a great product. However the customer support is so horrible that when I move I will not be taking the FiOs with me. The price of the bad support is higher than the quality of the product. Which is dissapointing. FiOs has been great for me, it's fast, and looks good. Everytime I need support every person I talk to tells me something different, and everytime i set up an appointment they get cancelled with out my asking or the service team never shows up. The following quotes were all from seperate conversations with a different support person each time.

"oh, we'll mail you a new box!"
"we don't mail boxes, our crew delievers them"
"oh you need an appointment to have it delivered"
"We don't have a pick up location"
"It looks like your appointment ticket got closed, we'll send someone out again tomorrow"

Not only are they incompetent, they're rude. For the simple reason that support is so bad, I do not reccomend this service.
