Had FIOS for well over a year, both internet and TV. When I went to bundle in February, that's where all the major problems have come into play. When I rec'd my bill, it didn't show the bundled services, but actually increased almost $60.00. I went back and forth and was told had to click on a certain link for the bundle (never informed of this when I first ordered it). Of course, the link didn't work, so then I spent two days on the phone going back and forth with billing and tech services to try and starighten it out. Now my 2nd billing has come around and they have charged me over again, giving me the price of the bundling of when they were able to straighten it out, not when it as originally ordered, and an additional partial bundle charge (????)- I had already paid for it. So, we shall see if someone who may know what they're doing will assist.
