I signed up for FIOS after three salespersons had called at my door. I have noticed that the lag time in loading pages is not what they are raving about. I had to contact customer service and have three reps return to my home in the first week due to installation errors and having no service. I more often than not see slow loading pages. ane that is my biggest disappointment with the service, second only to not speaking to someone in the US after hours.
