    Their Customer Service is terrible

Verizon Fios is promising a 19" HD TV if you accept their bundle plan.  I made the mistake of accepting their offer in December.  It is now March and they still have not delivered.  I have called them at least 10 times and just get more promises.  I was now told that it would be another 6 - 10 week before I get the TV.
