Verizon - FiOS Cable Service Review

I would advise anyone thinking about switching from Comcast to Verizon to be ware!

This has been by far the worst experience I've had! My install was scheduled for 12/05/08 and took place on 12/22/08.

1. First the salesman sold me a package that does not exist

2. I was told my bill would be around $80.00 and month and my first bill was $196.44 for 41 days!

3. when I contacted customer service, they said they would make the corrections and backdate my bill.

The new bill arrived for the same amount of $196.44.

4. I called billing this time and the woman could not help me. I asked for her supervisor and she also said she could not help. She said that Verizon does not backdate or fix bills. I would have to pay the full amount.

Watch out folks! Verizon will tell you one thing and do another! I'm paying my bill and canceling my service. Its not worth $196 bucks a month!
