We ordered verizon fios when we lived in an apartment building. After 34 days of waiting, they finally came out to install the services. Once it was up and running, all went well until 5 months later when the box in the living room went out. They did replace it after 2 weeks. Later, we bought a house about 3 miles away, and moved services to the house. Once they installed services, we consistently had problems with the screen "tiling" as they called it. Theres was something about pixeling as well. They came out at least 15 times over the course of 6 months, and we finally said enough with it. If they did show up, it was usually much later than anticipated. They would never apologize or offer any type of reasoning as to what was going on. When we cancelled services due to it not working correctly, we had to fight to get out of it without paying a cancellation fee. Worst service ever - customer service wise, and cable wise.
