    customer service is horrible, customer service doesnt know how to fix, at least an hour wait to talk to support, 8-6 hrs - i work when can i call

Verizon - FiOS Cable Service — 

Since the day I received the 3 in 1 package I have had nothing but problems with my tv.  It scrambles, loses sound and freezes.  I have made several attempts to email verizon, none have been answered.  If you try to call their technical support you have to wait on the phone for at least an hour before someone comes on.  After having done this now 3 different times my system is actually worse than it was before.  I had no problems with my dvr until i called them now that is not working properly either.  I can't wait until my year is up so I can be done with them!!!!!

I do not really understand what the verizon fios is. It is new tech words! I wish you could explain it a little more before telling how bad it is.
