Verizon Fios would be a great product if only you could get it installed when they promise to.
If you are lucky enough to get it installed and decide to make any chances at all, even it is as simple as adding a new dvr or change your address (due to a 911 or the post office changes your zip) your service may be disconnected. Yes that's right, the service was disconnected to correct these changes (two seperate occurances) and it took several hours to get the service back on.
Oh and also the when one dvr was returned because two were no longer affordable, the bill still showed the second dvr for over five months.
When service was installed they said it would be $99 for phone internet and fios, and there would be some pro-rated charges. Some...wow... it was a complete shock to see a $400+ bill.
Talking to customer service billing or repair representative is an adventure by itself since there were no less than five transfers before being told they could not help.
Then when trying to disconnect they tell me fiber lines can not be returned to copper lines plus there would be an early termination fee.
Stay far far aways from this company. They have the worst customer service any where.
