at least an hour wait to talk to support, customer service is horrible, 8-6 hrs - i work when can i call, customer service doesnt know how to fix

Verizon - FiOS Cable Service —
Verizon Fios lots of channels. just too expensive! They nickel and dime you for the boxes and lots of hidden charges. Check your bills! Make sure you carefully review all options in your area, choose wisely. Be careful about getting sucked into a trial deal.
