Verizon - FiOS Cable Service Review

We recently signed up with Verizon Fios triple play service.  So far the cable service is ok, but the DVR is ridiculously bad.  Unless you have specified to record a program you can't rewind.  The quality of recordings is not consistently good.  Often blips or breakdowns in the recording.  Sometimes when watching a recorded program it will start fast forwarding and we can't stop it.  Like I said, it is ridiculously bad.  We had Tivo before and I suspect when our contract is up we will go back to Tivo.
