Everyone in my family has been using Verizon for the past 5 years or more and we have never once been dissappointed by their phones, service or coverage. Best pricing. Best service. Period. I've been with almost all the other carriers (that are still around) at one time or another and have been let down by them all. Oh and U.S. based customer support!!! That's worth it right there! I was in their store just the other day and was amazed at how many people were in the store and how many employees were there to help them. There were easily 20 people there when I arrived and I waited less than 5 minutes. They really know how to take care of their customers!.
