CAUSES BACK PAIN!, expensive, Price, not comfortable, The bed does not hold it's firmness

This bed is so horrible. I know for sure she just writes her name on these things and doesn't care what the quality is. I now suffer from low back pain and I have an inflammation on my lower left back from this. I feel sorry for my fiance's mother who WASTED money on this.
