Vegan and need a fantastic cookbook? This cookbook is flawless! Every single recipe works. What's especially lovely about this book is that she uses such normal ingredients. Some vegan cookbooks use off-the-wall hard to find stuff. She uses every day, already have in your pantry or can buy at a grocery store, type of ingredients. If she does use something crazy, she gives you a substitute or a way to make it.

She also gives tips and useful information throughout the book. It's fantastic for new cooks, and interesting for well-seasoned cooks as well.

It's fantastic. Love it. Go buy it. Cook, eat, and be kind to the animals!
