My mom first recommended by a docter to use vanicream. She immediately loved the lotion and recommended me to start using it. I have very sensitive skin, prone to breakouts, and ezcema. So, you can only imagine what can or cannot be put onto my face. I am very careful about what i put on my face because i know it's not like everyone elses. The bottle claims theres no scent what so ever. This claim is to be true. Many times i have found products that say there is no scent but there is. Vanicream did not. I couldn't even smell anything! Which was nice becaues it allowed my to trust their product a bit more knowing they were true to their word. Maybe i had high expectations but i didn't think this product was very moisturizing. It was gentle - yes but not moisturizing.and i feel like becaues they were trying to make it extra gently and "light" they couldn't have any more moisturzing. This product is great and i would recommend it even if it is not that moisturizing

I tried Vanicream because my allergist gave me a few free samples of the soap, and I really liked it. It didn't leave a residue and had a pleasant scent to it, plus it obviously did not dry my skin out. So when I saw Vanicream Lite Lotion in the store, I was fairly certain and confident that my purchase was a wise investment. I was right! Vanicream Lite Lotion really is a light lotion! It is not sticky, and goes on smoothly. It absorbes easily into the skin, and does not feel heavy at all! Vanicream Lite Lotion is the best for sensitive skin. I have atopic dermatitis, and so I have to be very picky with my soaps and lotions. Vanicream has been the best line that I have ever ran across. I have never had an allergic reaction to Vanicream. I would defnitely recommend this product to anyone who has sensitive skin, and who knows that you have to pay a little more for a quality product. It's well worth it!

My daughter had really bad eczema as a baby and toddler.  We tried all sorts of lotions and creams to help with it.  Everything would make her break out.  We needed to keep lotion on her to keep her skin healthy, but the lotions we tried made it worse.  Cetaphil seemed to work for a while, but eventually we noticed that it also gave her a rash.  A friend suggested that we try vanicream. I could not find it in any of the stores, so I finally ordered it online.  We chose the lite lotion over the Vanicream cream because we were told the cream is much thicker and harder to spread.  Vanicream has been wonderful.  It keeps her skin soft and has never given her a rash. The lotion goes on lite and absorbs into her skin quickly...which comes in very handy with a busy toddler.  The lotion also spreads easily.  My daughter's eczema has improved as she has gotten older, but we have stuck with vanicream because it works so well.  I just wish we could find it at the large, chain drugstores or super centers.
