2 piece L Sectional - Poor quality.

into trying new things, married, a pet owner, budget conscious, practical, I believe in honesty, a bargain hunter, quality conscious

I bought an L shape sectional which is a 2 piece and it is only a year and a half since I bought it. Now I have bought from them before but I just thought it was my kids that tore the furnature up.So that is why I went back.But my kids are much older and they did nothing to this furnature and it is ripping underneathe the cushings.I know I didnt pay top dollar but still it was not cheapand I called them they said'Your year is up nothing we can do".I said thats it no more .
So beware the stuff is junk.

They do not stand behind their warranty and the store in Louisville, KY in Valley Station/ PRP has very poor customer service and no manners what so ever. The employees showed no interest in helping me at all and I was purchasing a leather couch and leather loveseat with the intention of purchasing more living room furniture and decorations at a later date. When I finally walked up to the counter where all of the employess were having a good time and told the manger of my intentions, he looked me over and was rude to me and showed no interest in helping me so I took my business to another... review »
