They do not stand behind their warranty and the store in Louisville, KY in Valley Station/ PRP has very poor customer service and no manners what so ever. The employees showed no interest in helping me at all and I was purchasing a leather couch and leather loveseat with the intention of purchasing more living room furniture and decorations at a later date. When I finally walked up to the counter where all of the employess were having a good time and told the manger of my intentions, he looked me over and was rude to me and showed no interest in helping me so I took my business to another VCF store and purchased my items. Later there was an incident to the couch that was covered under warranty I called customer service. When they refused to cover it, I read straight off the warranty paper that stated that they covered it and she informed me that that has been changed and is no longer covered. If you change your warranty stippulations, fine. But honor the ones that currently state that you cover certain things.
