I painted a window sill with Guardian Professional paint. Two full weeks after it dried, some rain got on the sill. The paint bubbled and peeled off like dead skin. The primer below the paint was fine and held up. (The primer was a different brand.) This paint can't even hold up to simple water. I can't believe such a low quality paint would be on the market. You can remove this paint with nothing but plain water even after it has cured! I'm sure they had better paint in the 1700s.
