Valerie Wooldridge Review

I was shopping for a new set of knives for the kitchen, while at Walmart and I saw it, there it sat at the end of the Utensil Isle.  The Ronco Veg O Matic, I had first bought one when I was married.  It was great then, and since I had left that life behind, so I left the Veg O Matic, he needed the cutting of vegetable help more than I so he got it, in the divorce.  He fought hard for it I always wondered if it was his lack of knowledge with the carrot peeler that bothered him or was it the ease of the "VEG' O MATIC?"  I didn't argue the usage angle, i had no real concerns with letting it go. LOL 

But when I saw it in the store all of the cubing that i had done with the vegetables in the minestrone soup came back to me, and the ease of cutting the perfect sized potatoes for the corn chowder popped into my thoughts, and I bought 2.  Two for less than $40.00 was perfect.  I left there with a smile.  Let it be known that the "Veg O Matic"  lives on.
