We recently used VBRO.com to find a great property in a prime resort in Mexico. The site is well designed and easy to use. The family that we dealt with was very responsive and trustworthy. All around a good experience.

I found a great rental in Sonoma over the holidays for my family through VRBO.com. Had a similar experience-the home was really nice and the owner was friendly. The website isn't web 2.0 snazzy. But it's pretty clean and easy to use.
